When inquiring about switching from a well-known provider to Pure Talk for our android phones, we were told by a Pure Talk associate that Mobile Hotspot capability would be available for our phones. Since my husband and I both work from home and on the road, mobile hotspot is a must for us. Otherwise, we would never have switched from our higher priced career. User's recommendation: We were simply lied to to get our business!
