in 2006 i signed up with them on an accident insurance policy. Salesperson stated ANY ACCIDENTS would be covered. At the end of 2012 I signed up for a cancer policy handed the completed form and a check to their agent. In January 2013 got into a car accident and was in a coma for 8 days, found out I had a 2 life threatening diseases (including cancer) and wound up closing my auto repair business and moved to Ohio for the Cleveland Clinic. My son who was taking care of my affairs called the combined agent to report a claim after multiple calls no claim form. Called the 800 number same result. After repeated calls decided to cancel the policy in 2013. In 2018 still taking money out and after calling them today and complaining (10/23/18) I was told there was no record of my cancer insurance, no record of asking for a claim form and no record of my canceling the policy. Amazing how they can keep charging and not paying you then they tell me that because the health issue caused the accident I wouldn't be covered anyway. So the only thing you get from them is a bill and nothing in return. Plus when you talk to them you get talked to like a piece of fecal material including Sandra Wells in the presidents office.
