I was told prior to me agreeing to purchase coverage from Combined Insurance Representative that I was FULLY covered if I was out of work sick, either with a serious injury or just with a cold. The representative told me all I needed to provide was a doctor's note with my diagnosis and any other proof of me being out of work. I was DX with pneumonia and was out of work for one week. I submitted a claim with all the required documents and my claim was rejected. I was told I'm only covered if I was in the hospital! User's recommendation: If it is too good to be true IT ISN'T TRUE.
