Problem with totom navigation app

GPA.3332-41**-**22-4**** Dear Tomtom! I have already paid the fees , one year. From 28 oct 2020, till 28 oct 2021. Today the tom tom application writes to me, I must pay again, because my subscirption fee has expired. I don't understand why? Please check again and open the navigation tomtom to me.
