Weve had furniture ordered through Patrick Furniture in Cape Girardeau, MO, since October 15, 2020. We were originally told wed have our furniture by Christmas. It was then pushed back to end of Jan-middle of Feb, then first-mid May and now End of June- first week of July. I understand the Covid had a bearing on a small delay but this is ridiculous. Im sure your shipping out furniture to just sit on showroom floors, so in my opinion ours should have already been built. Smaller scale homes can be built within this time span. I am extremely unhappy and at this point would not recommend ordering from Craftmasters. User's recommendation: Choose a different brand.
