To complain about not getting derired response/ service from the dealer.

Since 12th July'21, I am trying to contact your Pentair dealer (Chrome Enterprise-Guwahati/Assam/India)for some leakage problem and routine servicing for an Iron Filter bought in 2019. However in spite of my several phone calls and Whatsapp msg, I did not get any response for last 18 days. Is this the Post sale -not to buy Pentair ProductService Quality of Pentair??? If so, then I will need to take appropriate legal action against the dealer. User's recommendation: Not to buy Pentair Product because of poor Post sale customer service.
