I keep being charged even after sending emails to no longer want to be a passholder

I have been trying to get a hold of universal studios customer service for months now related to being charged for annual passes that should have been cancelled after I sent an emailing requesting to no longer want active passes. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am currently on hold for 45 minutes and still no answer from anyone. I dont know how this amusement park keeps its doors open with such poor customer service. User's recommendation: Don’t go here, go to Disney.
