Unable to contact and no response when submitting a communication to customer service

Aflac used to be a great company to deal with. A few years ago something changed from my experience. Almost impossible to sign onto practically zero communications about claims, Horrible wait times when calling in. It certainly appears they want the premiums but make filing claims as difficult as possible, no response when contacting,just a horrible experience. Now into their system and a long time policy holder, If it had been this way years ago, we would have never signed up. User's recommendation: Compare with other insurers.
