Trying to reopen account

My cell phone number was not connected at the time I tried to reopen my account that I did not use for over 30 days . The cell provider sent the wrong phone and there was a mix up but all is resolved and phone is repaired and running. Bank could not verify because there was no connection at that time but all is well, same number working have had this number for at least 10 years! I need help!!
