Waiting for a check review …. and waiting still.

Just downloaded the app. Put a check in. Waiting for it to be approved..... waiting ..... and waiting ..... called the customer service. No answer. One of the options was If your check has been approved but funds are not in your account press 5..... so thats a bit concerning that it would even be an issue , so much so as it needs its own prompt. Smh.
