Bad customer service/useless

I have had my PayPal account for years which means I have Ingo by default. I have never been able to deposit a check successfully. Emailed many times over the years, only to receive an automated email response that someone would be in touch within 48 hours only to never receive a response. So finally I go on Twitter asking for help. They ask me for my email associated with my account. They say they cant locate it so they need more info. I give them what they asked for. Receive another response asking my email address. Says they cant locate my account. Period. Cant help me! User's recommendation: Stay away!
