Request for Return Lael
I have been reaching out to get a return label. The item that I finally received is the wrong item. I'm not able to use. I have called the # on the website as well as emailed. The response I got from Samantha/Abigail Customer Service agent responded concerned about shipment not the request for a Return Label. Left numerous voice messages with not return call back. Poor customer service, as on the website instructions for a return label does no good if all the contacts email/phone # does not help.
