On the day of our sightseeing bus tour, New Orleans was experiencing a tropical storm. I called to see what the status was in the city. Was it an emergency or just a rainy day? The person at the actual New Orleans office was amazing, and informative. He informed me the busses were running until 2pm and I could come back the next day for free. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable with the situation.
