Damaged product, poor customer Service

Original review updated by user Jun 14, 2021 Ordered a leather living room 3 piece set back in Jan. 3 month delivery. Received the set, we unpacked it and assembled it. Damaged. Replaced it with another, damaged, replaced that one with another, damaged. Chose to keep second least damaged one and not replace again. Wanted a discount for the damage. 10% was all tthey would give and also the 1 year warranty on the piece was voided. User's recommendation: Have better quality furniture and better customer service.
