Poor integrity of RTG furniture business and Fortegra warranty business, which is basically legalized fraud.

Fortegra seems to be a legal scam that has allowed this company to amass $2,450,000,000 in assets. I am confident that they have spent sufficient monies to influence the upstanding Florida politicians to let the company do as they please, which is to charge unwary consumers money to deny claims. Basically, they are given permission to steal money. My wife and I used a Rooms To Go leather cleaner on an Eric Church " supposedly leather" sofa and recliner. The leather cleaner and conditioner wiped away the "leather", resulting in a discoloration that is not covered by warranty. Apparently people should not use a certified Rooms To Go leather product to clean Rooms To Go "leather" furniture. This is the sad state of consumer affairs in America's Scammer economy! User's recommendation: RUN away as fast as you can!
