I order a entree requesting a cookie after meal, it wasn’t mentioned up front. When I asked after eating I was told the $.99 cookie would be full price

Although I had a receipt to support I had eaten there within a 20 minute timeframe it was unclear as to why I would pay full price. I left knowing I would not challenge the employee. I left disappointed. This was the Diamond Rd location. While at the Brancroft there was an error at drive through and the customer service was suborn of correcting the error despite the inconvenience for all involved. User's recommendation: Ask at time of purchase if discount goody is wanted.
