I HAVE HAD DIRECT TV SPECTRUM – BOTH WERE GOOD COMPANIES-DISH IS A DISASTER-THEYLA ARE UNABLE TO TALK TO OR REASON WITH. MY INSTALTION WAS 6 MONTHS AGO -THEY HAVE NEVER FINISHED THE INSTALLATION.

i want to cancel my service and have nothing to do in the future with this confused group. I answered an ad for TV and internet When the installer came out he indicated someone would get back to me on the internet. The installation has not been completed. My daughter and grandson have spent probably hours to finally get some answers. They finally said they would finish the installation. After all the hassle and confusion I want to get out of this contract. They indicate I have to wait another week for them to come up with my recording. I guess after 6 months it shouldn't make a difference. User's recommendation: Go with a company that doesn't have a number of separate dealers and responds rather than gives you the run around when you want to know what is happening.g.
