So I cant get into Netflix while connected to internet but I can get into the other app channels on my roku tv HISENSE brand. It only just started acting up on the 17th of August, 2021. So now I am only able to watch Netflix on my Xbox system, when I prefer to watch it off my Roku branded tv. User's recommendation: I feel we need an actual customer support line to talk to someone to help us figure out the issue faster rather than having to go on line that could take days or even months to get a reply back.
