Bras size exchange

I purchased 2 bras they were too big in the cup so I exchanged them for a smaller size. They are still to big in the cup. I need to exchange them for a smaller size. When I try to start a return it shows items already exchanged. Im getting frustrated because I cant get a return label get them exchanged. Eva Atherton athertoneva@***.com. 316-461-****
