Unable to Contact customer care

I am trying to reach customer care since 4 hrs I was on hold for 2 hrs and then it got disconnected and since then I am trying to call it says you cannot reach . I was calling about my meal preference and if am not successful in reaching them in couple of hrs I am sure they will say sorry not enough time this sucks
