I’m disappointed and you guys lost a customer

I've been trying to book an appointment. No one answers the phones. Online booking doesn't work as well; I can put in all my info, however I cannot pick a date, time, or stylist and therefore cannot book because all that info is required to book. Also, your site then says to try calling and no one answers. Anyway, I got my hair cut somewhere else. I'm sure you have many customers that are disappointed as well. Please fix your website or answer the phones if you want any business that aren't just walk ins. User's recommendation: Fix your website or answer the phones.
