I purchased a cute futon sofa bed and the middle part between the cushions has sagged down and separates so wide till Im sitting on the metal making this product uncomfortable to use. They ensure itll be shipped and arrive folded into a box but without realizing people will want to sit where the middle is at too. Cushions separate and sagged really bad we barely sit on this couch. So this make and model really disappointing me. Please help. Give advice on how to fix this thank you
