I recently ordered a lighting kit from Galactic Modeler to be delivered to the UK. After completing the order I received an automated response and assurance that the order Will soon be despatched, and I will receive confirmation of this. Two months later I have still had no response, and no order despatched notice. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so started a claim PayPal personally contacted the company so that they can explain or defend their position. PayPal also received no response from Galactic Modeler following my claim, and I am now being refunded mostly due to their lack of response. DO NOT ORDER FROM GALACTIC MODELER, I HAVE NOW BECOME AWARE OF HUNDREDS OF SIMILAR EXPERIENCES AND AM ONLY GLAD I USED PAYPAL FOR AN EASY REFUND. User's recommendation: GO ELSEWHERE, IGNORE THE CLICKBAIT OFFERS.
