Worst customer service ever experienced!!!!

Called the tech support number for the US And kept getting people who I could barely understand so kept trying and finally ended it with someone I could understand but they ear extremely rude and told me without handing over personal information he would not assist me any farther!! I cant believe that a company like lowrance would sell a customer a unit and then tell that customer that they will not confirm a simple question about c map compatibility without acquiring someones personal information! This is insane to me and will be selling my unit and finding a unit with better support and customer service User's recommendation: Don’t purchase lowrance if you expect good customer service.
