Falsely using my name for orders

I received an email stating my order was going to be shipped 4/23/21 which I did not order anything from here. The address under my name was in New York which I live in Illinois. I have emailed to get some information on this and see where this is being charged to. No one responds. When I did the chat to talk to someone regarding issue I was strangely disconnected on chat. I cant get ahold of anyone to talk to or call me back. This company seems extremely fishy and I would like some answers of what is going on.
