I have been paying on an account with these guys for 4 years (since 2014). I hadn't sent an email from there system in over 2 years, but my credit card was hookup up to auto payments and I always figured I'd use it at some point. Well the credit card got reissued and they could not bill me anymore, so after 30 days they called and I told them I'd just like to cancel. They proceeded to tell me I owe them $239 or they will send me to collections and damage my credit score. Besides having the worst interface for an autoresponder possible, their just jerks. Multiple phone calls threatening me to pay, rude emails, just not a good company. Buyer beware with these guys.
