Will not honor deal made

I bought an I comfort mattress with a king size bedroom set and was promised a new mattress cover every 4 or 5 years 3 times. I went to store to get A new mattress pad and was told they were not honoring it anymore even though I am still within the time limit. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and will never shop there again User's recommendation: Do not trust Levins.
