Update by user Jul 09, 2020 I just would like to get access to my new storage within the timeframe allotted. Update by user Jul 09, 2020 Just don’t want to lose out on transferring my storage. Original review posted by user Jul 09, 2020 I upgraded to a larger unit I was given a new code and told her I had 24 hours to transfer everything over and I was also told that my bill for the 11th was $28 well not only did the code not work in my old code still works but the unit that Im supposed to transfer everything to is still with the company lock so I cannot access my new unit I need a call ASAP
