poor quality service

Good evening! With Nikos Travel we drive to Canada at Christmas age to Moniste village (14.11.2020). Promises of comfort were exactly the same in the passport. We were put in the last row (2 adults, 2 children (7 and 4 years old)), the museums did not cork, one all the way felt very bad, the other +/- ok, but we, the adults, banged their heads against the bus ceiling n times. despite the fact that both on the way forward and back, we do not have to force the chairs in front of us (and we also have children) not to hit our heads. At the same time, the driver's family - a wife and two children - sat in the front rows and enjoyed the sightseeing after a full program. The weather was very cold and skipping at the sights, for example, in Munamega, we and several other travelers, due to the cold, return to the bus faster to warm up, but the bus can not be at least another half hour, because the driver and his family rest in †в. Regarding the claims made by the driver and the guide: the driver simply said "if not take advantage of the transport and transport and felt dissatisfied that we were asking to reduce the speed so that it would not happen so much, but the guide apologizes with the text, if trips, it was planned differently, but not so many riders do not meet.
