Fraudulent deduction from my account by Ola

On Thursday 4th of March £16.94 was deducted from my account by Ola when I did not Ola taxi services that day. Saturday 6th of March, I used Ola service and was billed £23.38 but later that same day another £25.00 was deducted from my account after collecting £23.38. I reported the issue to Ola customer care. After reporting the issue, I was made to understand that it was a technical problem, and £25.00 was credited back to my account, but the £16.94 is still depending.
