Treated badly and lied to
They refused to refund my Tickets money when I couldn't make my trip due to Lockdown in UK. They lied that they did not receive my email, even when I used the same email they used to contact me. I wondered how they were able to reply me if they didn't receive my email. I email screenshot of my email to them as evidence they kept saying it's old email Address and they are using the same email to contact me. help@***.com User's recommendation: Do not patronise them, unless you are prepared to lose your money and be treated like idiot.
