Update by user Jul 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jun 15, 2021 I was issued tickets for a concert ONE YEAR AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE and the CONCERT STILL OCCURED!!! I planned an entire trip (800 miles away) to go to RedRocks, bought tickets for 6/11/2021, received tickets from AXS for 6/11/2022 - AND THE CONCERT WAS STILL GOING ON FOR THE 6/11/2021 DATE!!!! AX won't take phone calls, the Chat is impossible to get help and they will not return my email s. User's recommendation: AXS needs to own up to their errors, refund money, get some customer service or move into another line of business. This smells of a SCAM.
