Flew from Chas to JFK for connection to Las Vegas. 30 min before boarding, JetBlue cancelled the flight. This was 10PM and they offered no comp for hotel. Ended up sleeping in airport. Had to scramble to find other airline. JetBlue said because next flight out was in 3 days they couldnt help us. Offered an $80 refund. User's recommendation: Don’t trust JetBlue. They do not care about their customers.
