I regret informing you that I have not yet received any responses from Optimum, although I sent many letter and reminders to their Shared Services located at 200 Jericho Quadrangle, Jericho, NY 11753, by mail. Concerning my case, I can not furnish you with my former letters as the evidences, because all of my letters includes my private information. I don't want to disclose my private information in the public. Please understand my awkward situation.
