I purchased Homeowner's insurance at 2 am one morning and when I found out it needs an inspector to approve it I called at 8 am and cancelled it. So did I get my $79 back? Not yet I have called countless times and it just makes you wonder WHY? They so easily took it from my checking why so hard to give it back. Now I will never use them for any insurance again... No way. User's recommendation: stay away.
