Did not get response from yahoo mobile after numerous calls

Filed a claim and paid for the deductible. Every time I call, they submit a request for their claim department and told me to wait for 34 - 48 hours, it happened 4 time already and they have not get me an answer either to buy back my phone or repair User's recommendation: Avoid this trouble non responsive.
