For the past couple of months you have been prevented from reading articles; you don't seem to recognize me even when I give you my email address. Something else you seem to have a customer service that requires one to stay on the phone for 15 minutes and CS disappears before the subscriber can speak. Then, I'm pissed shows up on my email and my complaint seems to be ignored Not too nice. Please correct your unprofessional system. And let me know that you have.
