I downloaded TotalAV for an offer of $3 but ended up costing me $19. At $19 per year for 3 units was a good deal, but even though the program scanned my entire system and found several items that needed attention the program kept asking me to upgrade to fix the issues. I have sent TotalAV an email about my results and have asked for a refund. User's recommendation: Unless you are willing to put out extra $$ for the full package don't bother with this misleading software.
