Burn in on oled

After Talking with customer service seven different times over the phone I still cant get an oled specialist to call me back. Im told each time they will call me but they do not. This is unprofessional and completely ridiculous. LG has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Next month will be one year since Ive began in talking with LGs customer service over with this issue. Ive already bought a new television because the one that has the burn in has never been fixed even though lg customer service said that they would replace it. User's recommendation: Never.
