Bad Phone customer service

I was on hold for 4 hours to rebook my sons flight for the third time of it being canceled just so I can get hung up on. Reached in chat n waited another 3 hours till someone responded my sons flight cancelled 3 times I lost money giving him shelter in another state also had to miss work 4 days because I didnt know if he would be making it home. This was the worst experience Ive had with spirit n I fly with them all the time User's recommendation: Don’t fly with them.
