I need to know how much can back on my hotel i book in cartagena for 6 days but my flight got canceled twice i want make there til monday and they havent got me a room ive at the airport for 2days now I also had to pay cash for a hotel. August 7th. I pay 149 because they do not give me a hotel voucher.
