Venue charge after venue closed

I wished to sit in an Adirondack chair versus the grass. When I asked to purchase a chair they said I must go online to order it I went online went through with the order to which they said it was unable to process. While I was online and logging off due to the inability to process the order, the venue was closed. I sat on the grass and never redeemed any purchase nor did I sit or obtain an Adirondack chair. However my credit card was charged for the chair in the amount of $24.75. I want the charge removed immediately. User's recommendation: Don’t go online to purchase if you don’t have to.
