Help with tickets

I attended an event in Saratoga. Live nation have me the wrong VIP passes. Instead of the meet and greet like i asked and was assured of. Big disappointment to kids. They gave me a VIP club access. 80$ they said to write and you would refund. Also there was a ticket in my name im in a row way away from us. They wouldnt help at the box office
