My watches. was not returned

I was never called or given any information on recovering my watches. I left three watches to be replaced of their need of a battery and due to covic the store fossil in NYC has not sommunicated of the recovery of my watches User's recommendation: Poor business from such a major company response towards the issue is very unresponsive.
