Customer service promised by phone to refund full amount to my credit card within 24 to 48 business hours after return received, BUT DID NOT! Sent follow-up email to their support line, but NO SUPPORT and NO REPLY. Filed a FORMAL DISPUTE with Chase User's recommendation: NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Like most pill sellers this company cannot be trusted.
