1st attempt: Package was not delivered despite having buzzed in the delivery guy. Me being at home all day waiting for it. 2nd attempt: Delivery guy calls up to say, come down and pick up the package in 1 min or I'll be gone. Guess I was not fast enough. I raise a complaint and I'm told that package will be delivered next day. Next day: your complaint is under review and the package will be delivered only after the review is completed. ROFL... I am short of words. Customer service is a joke.
