Never received dyson airwrap complete

I ordered a new airwrap complete and dyson sent me a refurbished one and I asked them to send me a new one and let them know that ups lost something they did send and gave them the tracking number only they can file claim and I have been writing the ceo for months and they just ignore me. Not sure why they are allowed to treat customers this way User's recommendation: Do not buy from dyson.
