I purchased a v11 Animal for over $500. The warranty clearly stated 2 years. One year later the motor quit. Dyson automated CS says one year warranty!!! Still havent heard from a human. Paperworks says 2 years, seller says 2 years. Dyson says one year???? Dead motor only one year later, no live person to talk to, only automated giving contrary info. Dyson is NOT REPUTABLE! Shame on you. Please honor your word and replace my motor at no charge! User's recommendation: Avoid! Don’t pay for the name. Liars.
