To comend First bank for job well rone.

My token has not been working, each time I use it it will display authentication failed. Yesterday I tried it more than the maximum number, it was blocked. User's recommendation: I placed the call to customer care, after some questions to verify if am really the owner of the account, the rectified the problem I had with my token which hasn't be functioning for 2 years now.
