to whom this message concerns, i bought a new mower at mernards in topeka ks on 5/30/2021 209.00 plus taxes only mowed with it 4 or 5 times , first day the plastic side dishcharge piece broke, i thought if thats only thing that goes wrong i can work with it, but today i was almost done with the yard,took a break after awhile went to pull the the top of mower to start and it wont budge, frozen so now i have a useless new mower,you have no idea how irratating this is,my question to you will you make this right for me,should i take it back to menards in topeka, and yes i followed all instructions on oil and gas,i have owned many mowers in my life and even the murray,and cheaper lawn mowers didnt break this fast. i feel like ive been robbed.yes i have the reciet and paperwork,but threw the box away,never thought i would need it..model#ptg1221b.my name is michael .i hope i hear from somebody about this problem i have, thank you.
